Martin Pros, PhD, served as Deputy Minister of Finance for regulation of financial markets and institutions. In this role, he also represented the government at the EBRD and World Bank. Prior to his appointment, he worked for leading investment bank Société Générale in Paris and the Czech National Bank.

Currently he is the managing partner of legal and public affairs firm specializing on legislative and governmental relations as well as providing legal services in regulatory and financial matters.
